Kimberly Oaks Civic Association

Kimberly Oaks subdivision was established in the late 1950s to early 1960s and has grown to approximately 700 single-family residential homes. Kimberly Oaks Civic Association (KOCA) is the official residential association of the subdivision.

KOCA’s mission is to promote the interests and welfare of the residents of Kimberly Oaks subdivision, and to provide a means by which residents may be united in an effort toward peace, charity, equity, increased social activity, and a higher civilization.

Kimberly Oaks is located East of Farmington Rd. and West of Hubbard; North (to Barkley St.) and South of Lyndon St. (to Schoolcraft Rd), including Cranston and Blackburn streets from Allen to Scone. This neighborhood is conveniently located near the Livonia Community Recreation Center, the new Livonia Senior Center, the Livonia Public Library, the Livonia Police and Fire departments, with easy access to I-96 expressway.

Kimberly Oaks Estates is part of the Kennedy Elementary School, Riley Middle School, and Churchill High School districts.

Support our community through annual dues.

Kimberly Oaks Civic Association is supported solely by our residents. Our residents enjoy some of the lowest dues per household in the City. We are able to keep the dues low when more households participate.

Dues are annual (January - December) $25/year per household
