Support KOCA Through Annual Dues

Kimberly Oaks residents enjoy lower dues per household when more households participate. Dues support maintenance costs for our entrances, irrigation for the boulevards, and events, such as Cookies with Santa. Dues are annual from January - December of each year.

With overwhelming support in 2026, we accomplished most of our goals! See the update below. As a reminder, the more dues collected, the more we can do as a community!

Do your part for only $25 a year — dues can be paid via PayPal, Venmo or by mail

You can use PayPal, selecting the “send Money to Friends” option to send $25 to kimberlyoaksdues@gmail.com. Please include your street address in the comments. ‍

Payments can be submitted through Venmo to @Kimberly-OaksCivicAssociation. Please include your street address in the comment section.
