Our History

Kimberly Oaks Estates was built starting in 1961 with the community in mind. The neighborhood was developed as part of Livonia’s master plan, which included churches and schools within its boundaries, along with parks, shopping, and public services nearby.

The homes feature a range of mid-century architectural styles.
